When will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days of the order confirmation unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

 

Why is the tracking number not working on the carrier's website?

The tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email is not immediately synced on the carriers website. Please allow 24 business hours for the update to occur and allow you to track your products journey to you.

 

Why does my order show delivered on the carrier website but I have not received it?

Unfortunately, once the parcels are in the possession of the carrier with a tracking number provided FTCB cannot be responsible for the products actually arriving to your location. Please reach out to the carrier directly to initiate an inquiry into any missing packages. There is also an option available to  purchase insurance at checkout for additional protections. Please note: Some carriers have been known to list items as deliver up to 24 hours before the item is actually delivered for some reason.
